In Querier, you can perform detailed permission management for pages.
Types of Permissions
1. Organization Permissions
Organization permissions apply to the entire Querier organization.

2. Page Permissions

You can assign one of three permissions to each page: Full Access, View Only, or No Access.

Setting Permissions for a Page
- Click the [Details] button that appears when hovering over a page.
- Enter the name of the member you want to add to the page in the [Search and add members] input.
- Select the member and click the [Add] button.
- When a member is added to a page, they are initially set to [No access]. Change this to the desired permission level.
Utilizing Permission Groups
By utilizing permission groups, you can manage permissions in groups instead of setting permissions directly for members and pages, which allows for safer and more efficient management.
A typical use case would be adding permission groups like Engineering Team or CS Team. Assign Full Access to the Engineering Team for all pages and View Only to the CS Team. This setup eliminates the need to individually set permissions when inviting new members, thereby facilitating secure permission management.
- Go to the [Permission groups] tab.
- Click the [Create] button.
- Enter a name for the permission group and click the [Save] button.
- Add members to the [Members].
- Move to the [Apps] tab.
- Click the [Details] button that appears when you hover over a page.
- Enter the name of the permission group you want to add to the page in the [Search and add members] input.
- Select the group and click the [Add] button.
- When a group is added to a page, they are initially set to [No access]. Change this to the desired permission level.
